First Michelin stars for Chinese cuisine

Michelin named the world's first three-star Chinese restaurant yesterday as it prepared to publish its debut Hong Kong and Macao guide to recognise the gastronomy of the two Chinese cities.

Lung King Heen, or View of the Dragon, a Cantonese restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel, Hong Kong, becomes the best Chinese dining room on the globe, as rated by Michelin, and the only three-star restaurant in the city.
