Whitehead Mann, the headhunter that led the recent searches for top executives at Lloyds and Royal Bank of Scotland, has been bought by the US recruiter Korn/Ferry.

The deal follows months of repositioning at Whitehead Mann, which has closed several UK branches, opened a new office in Singapore and seen the departure of several leading executives.
