UK to press North Korea over explosion

Britain will today press North Korea's leaders to explain reports of a huge explosion detected by satellite in a remote area of the country last week.

Bill Rammell, a UK foreign minister in Pyongyang for talks, said yesterday the mystery surrounding the cause of the blast underlined the difficulties of dealing with North Korea, which is suspected by the international community of having a small nuclear arsenal.
