Security Council: What to do about N Korea?

The United Nations Security Council was due to meet in emergency session on Monday at 2000 GMT at Japan’s request in response to North Korea’s latest nuclear weapons test.

The permanent five and 10 rotating members of the council could well agree further sanctions against North Korea in addition to measures imposed after it conducted a rocket test firing in April.
