Ennstone accused of failing shareholders

North Atlantic Value, the investor group leading a shareholder revolt at Ennstone, yesterday accused the management of the aggregates group of failing shareholders.

In a letter sent to Ennstone shareholders, North Atlantic set out why it opposed Ennstone's proposed £48.3m acquisition of Johnston, the engineering and quarry group.
