Police appeal for extra vigilance after Capita letter bomb

Businesses in the UK are being urged by police to increase their screening of incoming post after a letter bomb exploded in the London headquarters of leading outsourcing company Capita, injuring one of its employees.

"We urge companies to be extra vigilant and use their common sense in terms of security and take any extra precautions they think necessary," Scotland Yard said last night.
