Bankers look for jobs that give them a life

Britain's investment bankers and financial services employees are turning their backs on the long-hours culture in search of a better quality of life.

One in two bankers now chooses to work for employers who offer the best balance between work and leisure, potentially creating a talent drought in financial services, according to a survey published yesterday by Hudson, the recruitment consultancy.
