Chinese walls have not yet been built in Beijing

There aren’t really any Chinese walls in China. This week three senior government officials were switched from their roles as regulators to head three of the banks they were supposed to be regulating.

After being replaced by a vice-governor of the central bank, the president of the Agricultural Bank of China was sent to work at the insurance regulator.
