IT role model: Online network helps make the garden grow

The worlds of organic farming and technology do not make the most obvious bedfellows. But Heather Gorringe, managing director of Wiggly Wigglers, has combined them with impressive results for her business.

Wiggly Wigglers is a mail order company, selling a range of natural gardening products, including worm composting kits, bird boxes and goat hair socks. It is based on an organic farm in Blakemere, a village of 63 people in the rural county of Herefordshire in the UK.
