Premier Research Group, the Aim-listed pharmaceuticals group, has agreed to be taken private in concert with its management.

ECI Partners, one of the UK's oldest private equity firms, will pay £60.1m ($119m) for the company, and take over Premier Research's debt, estimated at £28.3m.
