Fredriksen fires broadside at Tui

The world’s most powerful shipowner has renewed his attack on the board of Tui, the shipping and travel group, as he continues his efforts to remove its chairman and replace him with his own representative.

In a letter to shareholders, John Fredriksen, Tui’s largest shareholder with 16.8 per cent of the shares, lambasted the company’s record over the past year.
