ABI reports fall in credit insurance claims

Fewer companies claimed on credit insurance policies for payment defaults in the three months to August 21, the first quarter-on-quarter fall in 12 months.

Figures from the Association of British Insurers show a fall of nearly 40 per cent in companies claiming the cost of unpaid trading debts – a sign supply chain problems may be easing.
