Business-class soars at budget airlines

Low-cost airlines have grabbed 12 per cent of Britain’s business travel market – a rise of a third in the past year, a survey suggests.

The rise of budget carriers has enabled them to increase prices by an average 10 per cent, according to the study by Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), the largest travel management company in the UK market.
