Investors returning to property

Investor interest in commercial property is beginning to revive in spite of two years of turbulence in the sector.

More than half of UK institutional investors expect to increase their investments in commercial property over the next three years, according to a survey by the Pensions Management Institute and real estate investment group Prupim, part of M&G, the investment arm of Prudential. Those polled manage about £150bn assets jointly.
