ITV franchise holder predicts ad sales drop

ITV’s network advertising sales will be down 12 per cent in 2009, one of its regional franchise holders predicted on Friday.

STV Group, formerly SMG and the owner of the Grampian and Scottish licences, said in an interim management statement that it expected the UK television market to be down 6 per cent next year.
