Holiday groups on the front line

As governments stepped up their preparations and advice for a potential flu pandemic, companies on the front line were on Tuesday scrambling to respond.

For tour and airline companies with activities directly in Mexico, the action was most intense, with crisis meetings and decisions to cancel trips and offer tourists alternative destinations. Many more were seeking information to decide how they might need to act.
