Peter Gago: Full-body bubbles best at 35,000ft

For a winemaker, Newcastle-born Peter Gago drinks an awful lot of water. But since he spends so much time in an aircraft cabin then it may not be such a surprise.

“I drink plenty of water to counteract cabin air-conditioning systems,” he says. “But drinking my own company’s wine is now a touch more complicated as airlines will only let you on with less than 100ml of any liquid.”
