Norway reviews €75bn loss in wealth fund

The Norwegian government is to review the operations of its sovereign wealth fund after it lost €75bn on investments last year.

“We are working on new guidelines for active management that will limit the risk,” Kristin Halvorsen, finance minister, announced on Friday, calling the return of the world’s second largest sovereign wealth fund “very poor”.
