EU states wipe Turkey off euro coin map

If only it were so easy to make Turkey disappear. The European Union - with many of its members regretting an invitation for the large Muslim country to join - has simply wiped it off the map on its new euro coin.

Two MEPs have dug up papers revealing that an up-dated design to show states newly adopting the single currency has been altered.
