Key Lehman executives to stay with bank

A handful of Lehman Brothers’ key executives have agreed to stay on to run the bank’s operations in Europe and the Middle East following their acquisition by Japan’s Nomura.

Christian Meissner, a former Goldman Sachs banker, and William Vereker, a veteran of Morgan Stanley, will jointly run investment banking in the region, while Rachid Bouzouba will continue as head of equities.
