Luxury hotel aims to cash in on credit crunch

The credit crunch has spawned a novel business model for the owners of 37 new luxury flats in the centre of Edinburgh.

Stymied by a slowing housing market, they have changed tack and instead turned the refurbished building into a £14m ($20m) serviced apartment hotel.
