Chinese forces might mark end of good times

For many years there have been two inflation rates.

Price rises in domestic services, such as restaurant meals and sports centres, have been running at an annual rate close to 4 per cent, well above the Bank of England's 2 per cent target. But prices of such goods as consumer electronics were falling, especially those with a Made in China sticker.
