Outraged Moscow media say Cheney has restarted cold war

Russia's newspapers greeted US vice-president Dick Cheney's rebuke to the Kremlin with a storm of protest yesterday - with some saying his criticism marked the dawn of a new cold war.

Most Moscow newspapers - both government-controlled and independent - reacted with alarm and indignation, reporting his comments on their front pages.
