Tories’ ‘blueprint for benefits reform’

Radical proposals to revamp the benefits system to get hundreds of thousands of unemployed households into work are launched on Wednesday by the think-tank founded by Iain Duncan Smith, the former Conservative leader.

The proposals from the Centre for Social Justice have been put to the current party leader, David Cameron, with Mr Duncan Smith claiming that they offer “a detailed blueprint for reform” for a Tory ­government.
