Manufacturers in fresh drive to curb Chinese imports

North America's two remaining mass-market bicycle manufacturers on Monday began setting out their case for protection from sharply rising imports from China and Vietnam.

The application by Raleigh Industries Canada, a subsidiary of the UK-based Raleigh group, and Quebec-based Procycle comes as the European Union is on the verge of levying stiff anti-dumping tariffs on bicycle imports.
