Institutes forecast return of German growth

The German economy will resume growth next year but the recovery will be restrained by tightening credit conditions and a rise in unemployment, the country’s leading economic institutes said on Thursday.

Their report comes as the government prepares on Friday to release its revised 2010 growth forecast, possibly expanding Berlin’s limited margin of manoeuvre to cut income and corporate tax.
