Eiji Kutsukake is a senior corporate managing director at Nomura’s retail division at its Tokyo head office. Despite his focus on the domestic retail investor, he has just come back from a business trip to Shenzhen in China and is enthusing about the energy and growth there.
Those trips are important for his customers, he says. “We have information [on all these overseas markets] but it’s important to know how to convey this information in a salient manner [to our customers].”
