The Zavvi brand has been bought out of administration by a fast-growing online retailer that will continue to operate the games, music and DVD seller’s website.

The Hut Group says up to 100 jobs will be created at their head office in Northwich, Cheshire and is relaunching zavvi.co.uk to cover a wider range of products including electrical goods, computers and perfumes.
