Phones 4U guilty of misselling

Phones 4U, UK’s second largest independent mobile phone retailer, has been found guilty of misselling and conduct “likely to harm the collective interests of consumers” by Ofcom, the communications regulator, and the Trading Standards Authority.

The retailer was found in the investigation to have breached a number of consumer protection laws, and has now made a legal undertaking to change several working practices.
