Large companies 'targeted' for legal action

Bigger companies are becoming "targets" for damaging group action legal claims, according to research that shows almost half of British businesses expect to face more litigation in 2006.

The larger an organisation is, the more likely it is to face product liability, personal injury, intellectual property or regulatory claims, according to a survey commissioned by Fulbright & Jaworski, an international law firm and litigation specialist.
