Lufthansa to offer concessions on Austrian deal

Lufthansa is expected to offer additional concessions to European antitrust regulators on Friday, in an effort to win quick approval for its proposed merger with Austrian Airlines.

This month, the European Commission opened a full investigation into the deal, citing competition concerns on routes between Vienna and about half-a-dozen other European cities.
