Rethinking the optimal store

Britain’s biggest consumer goods company has teamed up with the nation’s biggest retailer to see if the pair can get shoppers to spend more money in convenience stores by reorganising the aisles.

Unilever, which has been researching how to go about putting together a perfect convenience store for the past couple of years, has teamed up with Tesco to improve its convenience offer.
