Financial Dynamics, a financial public relations firm, is expanding into business consulting in the US through the acquisition of New York and Washington-based Westhill Partners.

Declan Kelly, chief executive of Financial Dynamics in the US, said the move would broaden the group's range of services and reflected the growing convergence between PR and business consulting.
