Electrocomponents sees stability

Electrocomponents, the supplier of electrical parts to businesses, has welcomed stable trading conditions in the first two months of its financial year in spite of year-on-year sales declines that hit underlying annual revenue and profits.

The Oxford-based company, which supplies a 350,000-strong range of goods – including hard hats, cables and calculators – to manufacturers across the world, said poor trading had persisted since November.
