Rock Well to float in London

Rock Well Petroleum will on Monday announce its intention to float on the London main board.

The US company, which will employ mining techniques to recover oil that is not profitable using conventional oil extraction methods, aims to raise $300m to $500m (£151m to £252m) with the shares priced in a range of £2.30-£3 ($4.5-$6).
