The SkyTeam global airline alliance led by Air France-KLM and Delta Air Lines of the US is seeking compensation from BAA, the UK airport operator, for delays in the airlines' transfer to Terminal 4 at Heathrow airport, reports Kevin Done in London.

The move by several of the airlines to T4 is being held up by British Airways' decision to delay moving its long-haul flights from T4 to Terminal 5.
