Insurers in ‘fly-on-the-wall’ study

A group of insurers and brokers in London and Bermuda has agreed to submit staff to a year-long “fly-on-the-wall” study of behaviour and culture by ethnographic researchers.

The “unique” study, being led by Paula Jarzabkowski, professor of strategic management at Aston university, is a bid to learn more about how insurers make business decisions.
