Dennis in talks over magazine sell-off

Felix Dennis, the maverick millionaire behind men's magazine Maxim, looks set to offload part of his magazine portfolio to Quadrangle, the private equity group.

Dennis Publishing announced in February that it was putting its international operations, including the US edition Maxim, up for sale. The publisher is understood to be in talks with Quadrangle, and an announcement could come as early as this week.
