TV Azteca delists its ADRs

TV Azteca, the Spanish-language broadcaster, has delisted from the New York Stock Exchange, five months after its chief executive was charged with securities fraud in the US.

Ricardo Salinas Pliego, who controls the company, did not attend the meetings on Wednesday night at which shareholders in his TV Azteca gave their unanimous support to the delisting of its ADRs.
