Brazil launches corruption inquiry

Brazil's Congress launched an inquiry yesterday into an alleged corruption scheme at the postal service involving party leaders in President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's governing coalition.

Video footage surfaced last week allegedly showing the head of purchasing at the state post office accepting money and bragging about kickbacks he said financed the Brazilian Workers party (PTB).Raymond Colitt, São Paulo
