Delaware judges to hold talks on stronger shareholder rights

Judges in the US state of Delaware will hold private talks with a powerful group of global investors next month that could lead to increased powers for shareholders to vote out unwanted company directors across the country.

More than half of all US companies are incorporated in Delaware and the state's judiciary plays a key role in setting the agenda for corporate America.
