Ghosn to take Renault chairmanship

Renault said on Wednesday that Carlos Ghosn, its chief executive, would add to his list of responsibilities by assuming the French carmaker’s chairmanship next year.

The decision surprised and puzzled analysts, many of whom have argued that the Brazilian-born carmaking boss is already stretched too thinly between too many jobs.
