Moscow voted most expensive city

New York has fallen out of the top 10 most expensive cities for expatriate employees but many European cities have moved up the rankings, according to a survey published on Monday.

For the second consecutive year, Moscow remains the world’s most expensive city, according to the survey of 143 cities worldwide compiled by Mercer Human Resource Consulting.
