The crew of Oman Sail won the inaugural Oman Air Arabian Extreme 40 Challenge at Port Sultan al Qaboos, Muscat, taking the overall title after triumphing there and in an earlier three-day regatta in Dubai.

Four Extreme 40 catamarans were in the Middle East to race in a competition that may launch a regular racing circuit for this exciting class in the Middle East.
