Sale for 80% of Camelot on cards

Control of Camelot, the UK lottery operator, could change hands this summer as the owners of 80 per cent of its equity are planning to sell their stakes.

Fujitsu and De La Rue, the banknote printer, have joined Cadbury and Thales, fellow holders of 20 per cent stakes in Camelot, in a collective sales process, according to a person familiar with the strategy of the group.
