Australia’s unemployment at 30-year low

Unemployment in Australia has fallen to its lowest level in nearly 30 years with the country’s consistently strong economy close to reaching record employment.

According to data released Thursday, unemployment unexpectedly fell to 5.2 per cent in November, down from 5.3 per cent in October and 5.6 per cent in September.
