Spyros Tzoannos is a proselytiser. He wants to get the Greeks to love the game of golf and let him build golf courses.

The problem is that wherever he goes in Greece, people think golf is a rich man’s game, are sceptical about the impact of golf courses on the environment, are suspicious about outsiders and doubt its potential to boost tourism. Furthermore, there is no land registry to clarify who owns which piece of land.
