Vector slashes IPO price range

Richard Balfour-Lynn, the hotelier, has bowed to institutional pressure and slashed the price range for Vector, his ambitious attempt to float Britain’s first hotel real estate investment trust.

The offer was set to close on Tuesday evening, but it is understood that this will be extended to Wednesday afternoon after insufficient interest from investors.
