North and South Korea agree on projects

North and South Korea agreed Friday to start work on massive economic projects to help develop the North’s impoverished economy and to resume regular freight train services across the heavily fortified border next month.

The moves follow three days of talks between the two countries’ prime ministers in Seoul which marked the highest-level visit to the southern capital by a North Korean official in 15 years.
