Capital gains and urban misses

If you could be a city, what urban hub would you be? Would you see yourself as Barcelona with its wide boulevards, comfortable climate, sound infrastructure and independent spirit? Or perhaps you fancy yourself as silent, rich and a little distant like Oslo? Vancouver maybe? It would be flattering to be described as outdoorsy, welcoming and easy on the eye, no?

Or what about something a little more racy? Bangkok, for example, with its heat, chaos and frenetic energy? Or Naples, for its edge, history and attractive position at the heart of the Med? Or what about New York with all its diversity, energy and neurotic confidence?
